This is the fantasy version of how Zhu Yuanzhang overthrew the Mongol rulers and established the Ming dynasty. Since ancient times, most people believed that as long as they find the dragon cave, their descendants will surely become an emperor, so they spend lots of money on hiring Daoist monks. During the Yuan dynasty, the ministers in the court analyzed from a prophecy that this "destined ruler" is located in the southeast and has the surname Zhu. Thus, Zhu Chongba grew up in a harsh environment where he had to hide his identity to escape persecution. Luckily, the Daoist monk Liu Bowen was sent to protect this "destined ruler." Along the way, they fight supernatural monsters while building a troop for rebellion.
